Privacy Policy
PurityMap does not sell your data. We don't store household addresses or account numbers; location lookups are processed in memory. If you join "Follow My Water," we store your email to send the updates you asked for, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
Location searches
When you look up an address, ZIP, or city, we process it in memory to identify the public water systems that may serve that location. We do not retain street addresses, utility account numbers, or other personal identifiers from a lookup.
Email you choose to give us
If you subscribe to "Follow My Water" updates, we store the email address you provide (through our email provider, MailerLite) solely to send the updates you requested. Subscription is double opt-in, and every message includes an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or rent your address.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site and which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location, under Google's own privacy policy. We also use Cloudflare's cookieless analytics for aggregate traffic. We do not sell your personal information. You can limit analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Requests you send us
When you use the contact form, submit a correction, claim a utility page, or ask for an installer quote or a water test, we receive what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, ZIP code and message. Contact messages, corrections and utility claims are stored in our database so we can respond. Installer and water-test requests are emailed to our team so we can connect you with a local installer or certified laboratory. With your consent, we share those details with that installer or laboratory only for your request, and we never sell them. To have your details deleted, contact us through the contact page.
